Red Door Communications (RDC) is the health and well-being communications agency that lives and breathes originality and is built on ‘firsts’. We strive to stay ahead of the curve and embrace change to continue to engage audiences in new, relevant and compelling ways.
In 2013 we set out to create a seismic shift in our approach to digital and ensure we positioned ourselves as a leader in the marketplace. Our digital revenues grew by 300% and we have implemented at least two digital agency firsts.
We achieved an average client satisfaction score of 8.2 out of 10 in an independently-audited survey among 16 clients, delivered a new business success rate of 72%, won three industry Awards, successfully recruited 11 people to join our team and grew our revenue by 10%. In partnership with our clients, we delivered tangible behaviour change through innovative campaigns globally, regionally and nationally.
