In 2013 the Ruder Finn Healthcare team grew faster than in its history, but without sacrificing quality and the team’s sanity. We recruited a new Head of Healthcare and top talent, including senior directors from the ABPI and the Sun newspaper. We won 5 industry awards (including 2 from Communiqué) and were shortlisted for 10 more. We helped to change opinion, deliver game-changing outcomes for our clients in both internal and external communications, and save lives in both the UK and the developing world.
And we’ve achieved all of this without compromising on quality. Our staff and client survey shows a happiness rating of 80% among our team members, and almost 96% among our client contacts.
