Winning Communiqué Medical Affairs Agency of the Year for 2024 elevated expectations. In 2025, Bedrock set out to prove that success was not a peak but a model.
In a year defined by procurement consolidation, budget pressure and accelerating AI disruption, we delivered 33% revenue growth on top of the previous year’s 46% increase, doubling revenue within 2 years. We expanded global medical affairs partnerships, increased average account value by 56%, secured major new global wins and strengthened early pipeline visibility while maintaining strong client and staff retention.
Our people shared directly in that success. Engagement scores increased, retention remained strong at 86%, and we invested in capability development, progression and recognition across the team, including rewarding them with a month’s salary-equivalent bonus.
Growth was pursued intentionally and governed with discipline. We strengthened forecasting and operational governance, embedded AI responsibly with scientific oversight, expanded L&D through our LEAP platform and achieved EcoVadis Silver accreditation.
In a consolidating market dominated by large networks, Bedrock continues to ‘Imagine More’, combining scientific rigour, commercial discipline and authentic partnership.
Our clients did not simply renew. They expanded their alliances with us.
This year demonstrates something more powerful than breakthrough growth: repeatable excellence.
