In 2025, Medical Affairs entered a period of accelerated transformation, shaped by scientific complexity, evolving engagement expectations and increasing consolidation across the industry. At Inizio Medical, we chose to lead through this change, reimagining the future of Medical Affairs by championing change and expanding what is possible for our clients, our people and the wider industry.
