Nosheen Hussain

Summary of work

Nosheen is a freelance medical writer and designer who built a consultancy around a structural problem common in medical communications – the fragmentation between science, strategy and design. Since launching her consultancy full time in 2024, she has worked with 15 clients across four countries. In 2025, 98% of her work was generated through repeat engagements and referrals alone – a testament to the quality and value of her work.

Her work has directly contributed to FDA approval of a neonatal incubator deployed across five humanitarian zones including Gaza and Ukraine, the launch of patient support tools reaching over 10,000 people globally, and a global pharma competitive pitch win for a boutique agency – its first in two decades.

Beyond client work, she is committed to using her skills and time to support others. She mentors emerging talent, led the Racial Justice ERG at Nucleus Global, served as a One HealthTech Fellow, and provided pro bono support to a telehealth NGO, where her digital strategy work contributed to the delivery of ~2000 medications to patients in Gaza.

Nosheen’s career demonstrates that bridging scientific, strategic, and creative expertise drives faster, more integrated solutions with meaningful impact for organisations, clinicians, and patients.
