Much excitement is given to new agencies, but reinventing an established agency takes just as much, if not more, energy. The team at 90TEN delivered more than a simple facelift in 2014. They fundamentally changed how they work and what they offer and created a ‘new way’ of delivering healthcare programmes – one focused on outcomes, not outputs. The agency secured no less than 78% of pitch wins and bolstered its already strong client base with 11 new accounts, including six pre-launch pharmaceutical products – half coming from European or global contracts. Clients praised the ‘braveness’ of 90TEN’s ideas and behaviour change approach, the ‘consistency’ of delivery and results, and dedication of the team.

It was great to see 90TEN’s renewed vigour, focus and passion this year, which has clearly produced huge growth for the agency. A people-focused company with strong, clear values that has successfully reinvented itself.
