Incisive Health is a young company, having only been established in September 2013. Yet in 2014 it established itself as a significant force in health communications, building a strong and sustainable business with clear differentiation from competitors.

Applying the same rigour to our own brand strategy as it would to a client’s brief, Incisive Health combined intelligent thought-leadership with clever marketing, getting the consultancy noticed, stimulating conversations with clients and decision-makers alike and raising a smile. From detailed political polling to branded Lego ambulances, the consultancy left no stone unturned as it established a clear presence in the sector.

Throughout the year the consultancy worked hard to pay back the trust placed in it by clients and employees.

Results far exceeded expectations, building an impressive client base of nearly 40 clients that would be the envy of most more-established consultancies. Clients include major pharmaceutical companies, leading charities, providers of NHS services and professional organisations. The team tripled in size, attracting talent from 6 health consultancies, Parliament and the private sector.

Success was built on a series of business-critical wins for clients. Incisive Health is already demonstrating how effective communication can change clients’ business and transform patients’ lives.
