Summary of work
Amica Scientific launched in January 2024 with a clear purpose: to bridge the divide between medical strategy and patient engagement, two disciplines that belong together but have rarely operated as one. We also envisioned an environment where experienced professionals reconnect with their purpose and enjoy an inspiring and supportive culture.
By December 2025, we'd grown from four founders into a 15-strong, globally active agency generating over £2.5M in fee revenue, with 100% staff retention and a diverse client roster. In Q1 2026, we grew again, welcoming another five Amicas.
We encourage best practice through volunteer roles with not-for-profit industry organisations and reflect the priorities of our team with investment in both inclusion and sustainability programmes.
We’re independently owned, human-first, and values-driven. We’re proving that an agency grounded in the power of friendship, purpose and collaboration can compete alongside major networks and win. Clients value our positioning, our hands-on expertise as well as our practical approach to AI innovation grounded in scientific rigour.

Judges’ comments
Amica impressed the judges with how much they’ve been able to achieved in a few years. The team brought their entry to life, clearly demonstrating that they done some fantastic work. They’ve done a great job upskilling their team and have identified their own space within the industry.
