Summary of work

2025 was the year POP Health turned its mission into momentum.

Having defined Bringing Joy to Life in 2024, we entered 2025 determined to prove that joy is more than a philosophy – it is a measurable driver of performance, partnership strength and trust in healthcare communications.

During the year, we accelerated growth, expanded our team and delivered high-impact programmes for global healthcare organisations. Our Power of Partnerships model enabled us to work as embedded strategic partners to clients, strengthening stakeholder engagement, supporting major organisational transitions and amplifying important health issues worldwide.

We also invested in the systems that make partnership scalable. In 2025 we developed and trademarked the POP Health Joy Index™, created new industry collaborations and convened leaders through Disruption Forums to challenge how healthcare communications works.

The result was a breakthrough year: a fast-growing consultancy demonstrating that when teams are energised, partnerships are trusted and ideas are bold, joy becomes a powerful catalyst for progress in healthcare communications.
