Intent Health
Summary of work
In 2025, Intent Health established itself as a high-performing, strategically differentiated consultancy, delivering strong commercial growth while redefining how healthcare communications enables access to innovation.
This performance was driven by a clear response to a changing market. Advances in RNA and genetic therapies are transforming treatment, but access remains the primary barrier, particularly for rare and underserved patient populations. Traditional agency models are not designed to address this complexity.
Intent Health responded by sharpening its focus on rare, genetic and underserved diseases, evolving its proposition to meet this need.
Operating at the intersection of communications, policy and patient engagement, the consultancy translates patient insight into strategic advocacy that drives measurable system impact, positioning it beyond traditional delivery.
This approach delivered strong results. Revenue increased by 130% year-on-year to £1.323m, with sustained profitability of 17% and improving efficiency. Client relationships deepened, with significant organic growth, and NPS reached 100.
Alongside this, Intent Health scaled its team significantly while maintaining a strong, inclusive culture and clear operational structure.
Intent Health stands out for combining commercial performance, a focus on underserved communities & conditions, a differentiated model, and measurable impact in one of healthcare’s most complex and evolving areas.
