Stirred
Summary of work
Stirred was born from a belief that great communications is a health intervention in its own right and in 2025, we proved again that small, independent consultancies can combine commercial performance, creative ambition and measurable impact at scale.
Following three successful years of growth, we entered 2025 targeting an ambitious revenue of £2.8m (up from £2m the previous year) and with four core priorities very much front of mind: driving new business while retaining all key clients, adding AI capability into our proprietary Shift and Stir planning model, refining our narrative, and deepening our ESG commitments.
By the end of 2025, we had secured 10 new clients/brands, grown the team from 13 to 18 (including recruiting into a new finance and operations role), run a two-day offsite training simulation with our planning model, and published our fourth Impact Report. At the time of writing, we are on track to beat our target for the financial year.
We achieved an EcoVadis Gold rating and SBTi validation of our carbon reduction targets, reinforcing that profit and purpose are not competing forces.
In a market demanding accountability, agility and integrity, we continued to demonstrate that great communications can drive better health outcomes.
Judges’ comments
The judges were impressed by Stirred’s brilliant business. They showed strong growth, profitability, culture and service and are obviously very successful. Their team is dynamic and growing and the judges liked the “craft and graft” descriptor.
