ONLY THE BRAVE is an independent strategic consultancy that supports new medicine launches, driving the change needed to get new treatments to patients faster. BRAVE sits between traditional strategy consultancies and medical agencies. We are experts in the complexity of modern launches, combining commercial launch expertise with deep scientific and engagement capability.
BRAVE’s early development followed a clear trajectory: establishing proof-of-concept in Years 1–2 before scaling client partnerships and capability in 2025.
In 2025, BRAVE transitioned from an entrepreneurial founding phase into a scalable consultancy model capable of sustaining performance and growth. We embedded four core capabilities (vision setting; asset and brand strategy; market preparation; and scientific solutions), deepening client partnerships and driving growth across all service areas. We focussed on our culture of ambition and compassion: pushing for transformative commercial impact without compromising the joy of the team.
BRAVE revenue grew 69%, the team almost doubled from 9 to 17 and retention remained 100%. Our work delivered impact across complex therapy areas, supporting award-winning launches, European healthcare initiatives and education programmes that changed practice.
BRAVE is redefining the launch consultancy model and demonstrating how a specialist consultancy of this scale can deliver disproportionate commercial, scientific and patient impact.
